Browser Support

The DataKitchen UI supports the newest three major versions of the following browsers.

While the web app might run without major issues in older versions of these browsers as well as in other, unsupported browsers, DataKitchen generally does not fix bugs encountered with them.

Navigate to DataKitchen's login page.

Enter the login credentials previously provided to you. If you have any questions please contact [email protected].

User Sessions

The system defines a user session as all interaction that a user has with the from login to logout.

The maximum session length with no user activity is 2 hours and 10 minutes. After that period, the session times out and the system forces a logout. Work in progress at session timeout is not saved.

User activity in the platform that performs an action or changes a view during the 2:10 session timeframe refreshes the user session at 10-minute intervals and restarts the session clock. Note that typing text or code without committing those changes with an update or save action does not reset the session.

Unsaved Work Lost at Session Timeout

The platform will log you out after 2 hours and 10 minutes of inactivity. Your work is NOT saved.
