The DataKitchen UI supports the newest three major versions of the following browsers.
While the web app might run without major issues in older versions of these browsers as well as in other, unsupported browsers, DataKitchen generally does not fix bugs encountered with them.

The system defines a user session as all interaction that a user has with the
The maximum session length with no user activity is 2 hours and 10 minutes. After that period, the session times out and the system forces a logout. Work in progress at session timeout is not saved.
User activity in the platform that performs an action or changes a view during the 2:10 session timeframe refreshes the user session at 10-minute intervals and restarts the session clock. Note that typing text or code without committing those changes with an update or save action does not reset the session.

The platform will log you out after 2 hours and 10 minutes of inactivity. Your work is NOT saved.
Notifications for DataKitchen users display on the Login page as well as a menu accessible from the top toolbar of the web app interface.
Look in both locations for the following types of messages.
- Planned system down time
- User warnings
- Product releases
- Event announcements, such as webinars
The Login page displays public notifications.
The bell icon opens the Notifications list from the web app toolbar.
View user profile.
Send support requests to [email protected] directly from the web app.
